Compliance with Local Laws

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of Goods, including slingshots, which are prohibited weapons in certain states (e.g., New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, and Northern Territory).

The Seller restricts sales and shipments of slingshot "Y" frames to Queensland, the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), and Tasmania, where slingshots are legal without permits.

We ship all other unrestricted items, such as bands, targets, ammo or accessories to all states

No slingshots will be shipped to New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, or the Northern Territory, where slingshots are prohibited or require permits.

Orders to these states with a slingshot in the cart will not be able to check out and if somehow get through will be cancelled.

If you have not received your items within 14 business days of placing your order, please contact us with your full name and order number, and we will investigate your delivery. In many cases, this means an attempted delivery has occurred, and your parcel may be awaiting collection at your nearest post office.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your parcel.

Missed Deliveries:

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel in a secure place if deemed safe. If it’s not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, a card will be left, and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post for collection.
